We are based in Milton, Ontario. You can pick up on the same day (at no extra cost).

Is it possible to change the order or the delivery address after the order is placed?
If you want to change, cancel the order, or change the delivery address, please contact our customer service before 6 PM (EST).
If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be changed.

When will Out-Of-Stock product be restocked?
Kindly add your desired out-of-stock products to your wish list. When your wishlisted items are back in stock, you will receive a notification via e-mail.
